Goals and aims
The overall goal of the Dementia Services Collaborative (DSC) is:To improve services for people with dementia and their carers
The key aims of the DSC are:
- To increase recognition of dementia, thus aiding earlier diagnosis and improving management
- As a consequence of better recognition of dementia, to improve detection rates for depression
- To help ensure that dementia services are person-centred
- To improve systems to explore patient and carer experiences
- To help to co-ordinate services between agencies.

- Care Coordination.
